Naming

Use the name exactly.

Our product name has a specific form. Match it.

Correct

StackPilot App

Primary full product name - use in all contexts

the StackPilot App desktop tool

Acceptable descriptive form

StackPilot App partner

For partnership self-identification

Incorrect

Stackpilot

Wrong casing on "pilot" - must be capital P

Stack Pilot

Never add a space in the middle of the name

stackpilot app

Lowercase is only acceptable in code/URLs, never in copy

StackPilot (without App)

The word "App" is required in all public-facing copy

Quick rule

The name is StackPilot App - every word starts with a capital letter. The word App is required in all public-facing copy. Never shorten to just "StackPilot" in marketing materials, product mentions, or affiliate links.

Tone & voice

How we talk is as important as what we say.

Developer-first

Write for developers. Assume technical literacy. Skip the buzzwords.

Write

"StackPilot App uses SSH under the hood - no credentials stored on our servers."

Avoid

"Our revolutionary AI-powered cloud solution transforms your DevOps journey."

Direct & confident

State things clearly. Confidence without arrogance. Avoid hedging.

Write

"Deploy in minutes, not hours."

Avoid

"We think maybe this could potentially help you deploy a little faster."

Honest, not hyped

No empty superlatives. Back every claim with evidence.

Write

"One-time payment, no subscription, full ownership of your workflow."

Avoid

"The world's most incredible, game-changing deployment platform ever created!"
