By purchasing, installing, or using StackPilot, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
StackPilot is a desktop-based automation tool for server provisioning and deployment via SSH. We provide the software, and you provide the infrastructure (servers/cloud providers).
3. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Properly securing your local machine and target servers
- Verifying all commands and scripts executed through the software
- Complying with the terms of your cloud provider (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
- Regularly backing up your data and server configurations
4. Licensing and Seats
Licenses are per-seat or per-device. Any attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms or share single-seat licenses across multiple users is a violation of these terms and will result in license termination.
5. Payments and Availability
All pricing is subject to change with notice. We strive for 100% availability of our licensing servers but are not liable for temporary service interruptions beyond our control.
6. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you engage in prohibited activities, including reverse engineering or violating our EULA.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackPilot and its creators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or infrastructure downtime.
