Referral Program Terms.

These Referral Program Terms govern the StackPilot App Referral Program operated by Hayanlabs. They apply to all StackPilot App account holders who share a referral link.

The Referral Program is distinct from the Royalty (Partner) Program. The Referral Program rewards individual users with non-cash StackPilot Points (account credit). The Royalty Program is an invite-only programme that pays cash commissions to marketing partners via Razorpay / PayPal.

Eligibility

• You must be a StackPilot App account holder in good standing to participate.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Hayanlabs employees, partners, contractors, and members of the Royalty Program may not also earn Referral Points on the same conversion.

Your Referral Link & Tracking

• Each account is assigned a unique referral code accessible from the in-app dashboard.
• When someone clicks your referral link, we store your code in their browser via the first-party sp_ref cookie for 30 days. See our Cookie Policy.
• If the referred person clears cookies, switches device or browser, opts out of non-essential cookies, or completes the purchase more than 30 days after the click, the referral may not be attributed.
• You may not buy ads on your own code, post the link on coupon / cashback sites, or use automated traffic, click farms, iframes, or any deceptive technique to inflate referrals.

What Counts as a Qualifying Referral

A referral is qualifying if all of the following are true:

• The referred person is a new customer who has never previously purchased StackPilot App;
• The referred person purchases a StackPilot App Plan (not a free trial or zero-amount transaction) within 30 days of clicking your link;
• The purchase is not subsequently refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed;
• The purchase is not made by you or by a related party using your own code (self-referral is prohibited).

Reward: StackPilot Points

• For each qualifying referral, you receive a fixed number of StackPilot Points. The current points-per-referral value is shown in your in-app dashboard and may be adjusted prospectively.
• Points are an account credit only. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be exchanged for currency, and cannot be withdrawn to a bank, PayPal, or any other account.
• Points are not "money" or "e-money" within the meaning of any payment-services law.
• Points are denominated as Points; their redeemable value (e.g., "1 Point = USD 0.10" or "100 Points = 10% discount") is set by Hayanlabs and may be adjusted prospectively.

Points Lifecycle

• Pending - added to your account when a qualifying purchase is recorded.
• Approved - after the 28-day refund + administrative review window has expired with no refund or chargeback.
• Redeemed - when you apply Points at checkout.
• Cancelled - if the referred purchase is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed (at any time, including after the 28-day window); or if we determine the referral was obtained in violation of these Terms. If the corresponding Points have already been redeemed, the equivalent value becomes immediately due back to Hayanlabs and may be deducted from your account balance, recovered from a future top-up, or invoiced.

Redeeming Points

• Approved Points may be applied as a discount on a future Plan purchase, upgrade, or add-on, subject to a maximum redemption per transaction shown at checkout (typically the lesser of your available balance or a percentage cap of the cart value).
• Points cannot be combined with certain promotional codes; the rules in force at the time of checkout apply.
• Discounts created by Points reduce the gross Plan price before any payment-processor fee or tax. Hayanlabs is not required to refund the cash equivalent of redeemed Points if you later request a refund - the Points value of the discount is returned to your Points balance instead, where commercially feasible.

Expiry

Points expire twenty-four (24) months after the date they reach the Approved state, if not redeemed by then. Expired Points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

Fraud, Abuse & Termination

• Hayanlabs may, at its sole discretion, cancel pending or approved Points, decline a redemption, suspend your participation, or close your account if we suspect fraud, self-referral, cookie-stuffing, or other abuse.
• You agree not to misrepresent your relationship with Hayanlabs or imply official endorsement.

Taxes

Points are an account credit and are not, in our view, taxable income to the referrer. You remain solely responsible for any tax consequences in your jurisdiction; consult your tax adviser if uncertain.

Changes & Programme Discontinuation

We may change the rules (points per referral, attribution window, redemption ratio, expiry) prospectively at any time, with 14 days' notice on the Site or by email for material changes. We may also discontinue the Referral Program entirely on 30 days' notice; in that case, Approved Points remain redeemable for the announced wind-down period (at least 90 days).

Governing Law & Disputes

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved as set out in Section 20 of the Terms and Conditions.
